Mrs. Andrea Mestrov has 20 years of international work experience as a socio-economist, monitoring and evaluation specialist, and financial analyst and administrator.  Highly-developed, functional and analytical skills in results-based, gender responsive, community-driven programme monitoring and evaluation (M&E), policy and programme design, strategy and partnership development, project management and performance reporting that emphasise sustainable and participatory responses to poverty-alleviation and humanitarian emergencies.  Extensive multiple governmental stakeholder, community and international aid donor engagement.
